Why do so many women insult men for our relationship preferences?

So many women insult men who won't date them when they hit the wall or have kids or for not being attractive enough, but if you slate them for rejecting because of looks, disability or not being alpha enough they mock and label you a incel.

Hypocrisy at it's finest and it is pathetic. the hypocrisy makes it more pathetic

for some reason a lot of women expect other women to think the same as them. if they find a particular man to be unattractive, in their minds, every other woman should also find him unattractive. their biological instinct to engage in natural eugenics is so strong they need to ensure certain men don't pass on their genes to the next generation hence the existence of shame tactics

which is also why certain relationships are frowned upon e. g. age gap relationships, interracial relationships between western men and foreign women etc.

and before somebody says men do the same, no they don't. men just state women's preferences based on what women themselves have stated about their preferences as well as the actions they have been observed doing

if they decide that a certain individual or group shouldn't be happy, they'll do everything in their power to make sure that group or individual isn't happy hence why feminism attacks all men

Because women tend to believe that men are always supposed to be available to them. And that means men not "being picky" is supposed to work in women's favor and be what they rely on. But then when a guy does have 'preferences' it makes him shallow. Women don't like anything that would challenge their self-satisfaction.

We’re being told over and over that all women are beautiful and to be treated as such. (Beauty at every size!) Meanwhile, women’s media is a laundry list of “red flags” or disqualifications for a male. Everything from height, to income, to how he votes, and what he drives are on the table.

Have a standard. Have a type. Make no apologies for it. The kind of woman that is upset or insulting by your standard isn’t worth your time anyhow.

Even something that seems permanent about a person can change too. No. I do not agree. I believe for obtaining a successful marriage it is a good start if both people at least roughly fit into each other preferences. Some features can change, but not all and each one 180 degrees. (Theoretically it can, but the probability is very, very small). Personality change slowly. Even ageing is slow and does not change facial structure that much. If the person change at least you tried and had some joyful moments with them. That memories can be treasured and can give you strength and will to be with your spouse even if they change, you will see them through different lens. If I did not liked the looks or character of a person, I will never be happy with them. As a christian, I do not believe in divorce. If I am going to stay with that person to the end of my life, I will make sure I am content and firm with my choice. Otherwise I may ruin my life and also hers (due to possible resentment and bitterness that I was never happy).

I believe that your advise to not follow preferences will led to divorce or suffering, resentment and even cheating. It is like saying if you like if you dream of something, abandon it and do opposite. You want a good, loving, christian husband? Nah. Marry drunken, aggressive atheist boor, because a guy that would fit your criteria will probably change in time anyways. I am sorry, but this is just absurd!

@_piotr there is only ever a 17% chance of staying with a partner long term. It's really just luck with or without preferences involved if it works out. Obviously you can believe what you want but things are not that easy. If it was we'd all just be put into a compatibility calculator to find our perfect partner.

And my husband is Christian but I've changed my views on religion since marrying so we don't match up in that way. Doesn't bother either of us

First of, it's the top 20% of men which consist of men who are at least 6' tall, are physically fit, and have a 6 figure salary. Second, it's a valid complaint since most men don't meet those criteria and most women don't have any analogous traits to compliment such high standards. Yeah and that's why there is a chasm in the dating world. A man can be one of these Fat, bald, short, financial strained, skinny, uneducated, shy, works a menial job, etc. And the woman will find him unattractive while a woman could have any of the same "issues" and a woman's response would be, "but I'm such a good person, you're just shallow".
