Why do ladies lose interest in guys who show a lot of interest? And how do you work around it?

A married woman just told me not to show so much interest in a woman because she will lose interest. Do you agree with her? If so, what is a guy supposed to do about a girl that he is interested in?

If you disagree, how do you explain this phenomenon? People definitely have experienced this, and I'm wondering if this is pretty universally all straight women or for certain types of women or does it depend more on the man?

I'd sat show interest but don't over do it. Be mysterious a little, wait to respond back, have an active life that reflects that your a great catch. You gotta play the stupid game. It's a fine line of expressing and suppressing. Once you find the one it usually launches off naturally and you dont have to play these silly games

Because it's in our nature to value something we have to sorta work for. If it comes to easily we discard it just as easily too... We all enjoy the hunt and getting something or someone we had to put effort into. It's within our biology. Yew, some people fall in love at first site or they just know this is their person. People don't always play games.

she is both right and wrong because there is a term called coincidentia oppositorum or the coincidence of two opposite and opposeing things being true at one time for instance i may be happy and sad they are both opposite but both true so depending on the woman both could be true for diffrent women at once and therefore she is both right and wrong

Showing interest is never a bad thing unless you’re overdoing it I. e texting/calling 24/7 without giving the other person a break.
