Have you taken a self esteem class?

I didn't even know they had such a thing. I don't think when I was younger I would have ever admitted to any flaws in my self esteem. Now at my age I'm a lot more zen about it. I know I have people in my life that love and care about me. And there opinions are the only ones that matter. It's not that I don't think I have flaws, I know I do. But I see just as many flaws in everyone else, and I still like them. So why would I think that'd be any justification for not liking me. Like me, don't like me. Either way immature be good with it.

Hey the class went great. So I don't have low self esteem but I wanted to take the class cos it's free and I wanted to see what I could learned. Also I don't like being the center of attention so that's one thing I have to let go.
Anyway the people were really nice and friendly and everyone expressed how they were feeling inside. It felt nice like a little community.

Thank you. I also took a diabetes class. I don't have diabetes but I wanted to learn about it. I learned how to read the food labels and what do eat.
