I'll be honest, yes it sounds like some stupid teenage issue but bare with me

So I introduced her to this friend group, we had a issue between us over feelings months ago that made us keep distant whilst she was still getting closer to others in the friend group, when I noticed she had nicknames made roles for friends on say Discord etc but never questioned it

We've been talking often recently nearly everyday now so we've warmed back up to eachother, she made mention of this like role she given to three other friends so i joked about it and she said I need to "pass something" to get it. Without specifically saying I know these three she is pretty close to and open with they're the main three she turns to if she's upset, but I do think i have a more complicated job since we had feelings for eachother months ago that didn't progress, so there's a lingering history between us.

Any idea what it could be?
