I need advice and can legally actions be taken? I really need help?

She's 56. I'm currently 19, and my ex he's 21. My mom She was doing this when I was 18. When I asked why she went through my phone, she said it was to see if my ex hurt me and that she would hurt him if he did. Then she denied saying that and changed her reasoning several times, finally admitting she was just being nosy and did it because she wanted to.

She's very obsessed with my sex life. We got into an argument where she accused me of being very sexually active even though I'm a virgin. She called me a ho, bitch, slut, and pulled my hair. I moved away from her, but she still won't leave me alone. She has a body count of 5 or more; my sister exposed her due to her slut-shaming everyone.

Now she's lying to my family members, saying I'm pregnant and that I tried to kill her. She's known for her lying problems. She lied and turned me against my other family members. Sometimes she'll call me from a blocked number or her own number. When I ask her to stop, she'll say she didn't call. Now she's trying to get my family to make me talk to her. She has lied about me and snooped through my phone without my permission and she lying about my messages with my ex. Now she's lying about what messages with my ex-boyfriend are saying. She's telling people he texted me saying to kill her and other lies. These lies are messing up my reputation. People really believe her. Its crazy how she accused me of being pregnant and having sex when she controlled my sex life and everything I do.

Your mom is crazy. I'm sure most people around her know she's crazy. A few of her closest allies will believe her, even when she's proven to be a liar, because they're just as bad as she is. But most people are going to know she's psychotic.

How do you handle her? With complete disinterest. Block her. Do not engage with her. Do not let her get you into your feelings. Don't worry about what she tells other people.

If she tells everyone you are pregnant, that only helps you. Why? Because you obviously aren't, and in 6 months, when anyone who looks at you can see that you aren't 6 months pregnant, they're going to know she was lying the whole time. But you don't need to tell them anything - they'll figure that out all by themselves. And if someone asks you about it, just sigh, roll your eyes, and calmly say "you DO know she's crazy, right?"

What you do NOT do is complain to anyone, or make TikToks, or whatever. IGNORE HER. Ignore anything anyone says about you if you know it came from your crazy mother - and you'll know if it did, because it will be crazy. Everything your mother is doing is to get your attention and to try to create a reaction from you, so DO NOT REACT. Decide that the whole thing just BORES you and you've long-since moved on. Accept that she is REALLY, MEDICALLY INSANE and treat her like you would treat any other crazy person - with pity and a bit of embarrassment. If someone says "your mom said you were a wild slut", you say, "oh, I'm so sorry about that. It's a shame you had to deal with her in her condition." They'll ask "what condition?" Then you explain that she's mentally unstable and is seeking attention through conflict and can't control herself, and that nothing she says can be trusted with her condition - she'll say the wildest, craziest things to get attention and stir up drama, but it's all meaningless.

Whether they believe you or not in that moment won't matter - even if they don't, they'll start questioning her words in their mind, and they'll be paying attention to how crazy she is and the wild things she says, and soon they WILL believe that she's crazy. And then nothing she says will cause you problems anymore.

If you let yourself react with emotions, she wins. You MUST be indifferent, with a hint of sadness and pity for her. Just sigh, apologize for her, and explain her condition, and people will nod along and will stop taking her seriously.

If u can prove she's calling u w/a blockd #, tell the police. If someone calls u a few times like that u can, I read or heard. Talk 2 a lawyer that'll tell u 4 free if u can sue or not for making things up about u b4 the trial.
