Woman choking is rescued by a guy who performs the heimlich maneuver on her. Later on she reports him to HR for SA for it. Your thoughts?

She should have had to reimburse the company for time and money and even been in consideration for being terminated. I know, she's a woman and would have filed a lawsuit if any of that occurred. This country has gone right down the crapper that this can happen without any consequences.

This is exactly why men are refusing to help women. I know not all women are like this but men just aren’t willing to take the chance. This is similar to the man who was sued by a girl for saving her life at a pool party. Dude rescued her by performing CPR. She claimed he was groping her when he was performing chest compression. I’ve stopped doing things myself other than for my wife or women in my family.

If there was no merit to it. Someone would have to be truly vile to take advantage of such a situation. But even still he saved her. I'd be conflicted even if there was merit to it. But I'm not a woman, so it is nice to get your take on this. Thanks for your response.

They would have pretty crazy to take advatage if she was dying cause they could face jail for not helping her so that would have been very weird 🤡

It's weird that she even did that in the first place. But she'd be more mad if nobody helped her and then she went unconscious or died.
