Have you seen the report of a woman climber getting "caught' on a cliff side and having to be rescued?

A woman in Riverside had to be rescued from a cliff side while climbing... I wonder what that cost the county to rescue her inept ass. Would you risk climbing like that without having enough skill to do what you are supposedly trying to do, and then having to be rescued?

I personally would not trying something stupid and THEN putting a rescue person at risk to save my dumb ass.

When climbing, diving, or ANYTHING that is a risky activity, anyone with any brains or judgment would not go alone. I have gone on a 10 minuet dive to evaluate a 'hooded vest' for more warmth in cold water. and only went down in 30 feet of water, by myself, to see if it kept me warm in 55 degree water. That was not a 'risky' dive, but would NEVER go on a recreational dive alone.
