How to make a difference between average and above average guy?

Like for example if the guy is tall around 6'2, attractive face (but nothing out of ordinary either) with acne scar on face (especially darker scar on cheeks rather big) random hair (not fashionable haircut just very basic short hair one), skinny and work a minimum wage job (blue collar).

Would a guy like him be considered as average or above average?

It is objectification because you're reducing a person to a list of features exactly like an object, a product. On top of that, you're wondering and asking us to act as customers to verify the product you're looking at. I always viewed relationship this ways and many men I know viewed it this ways too, a lot of men I know complain about being average and not popular because they're average.

I believe you, many people have terrible views, about themselves, about relationships, about mankind, it's trending in some circles and locations. Views can be widespread and sad at the same time. It's mostly a matter of where you live and who is around you. It's not normal, it just looks like normal depending on where you look.

Because it's common where I live, I kinda got along with it, to me it was the norms to. It's horrible to have those kinds of views but it's so common. I will try to detach myself from it then.

I think he's a little lower than average when it come to income, most men earn more than minimum wage job in general in my area but not by much.
Physically I think he's above average but for work most people would consider his job as lower than average, most people think it's a job for dumb people.
