So I have an friend, she's long distance and we do talk sometimes. And she is pretty immature like not saying welcome when I express thank you. So yea it was going all great. Now I noticed some weird things. Like she would be very defensive like possesive or jealous when I told her one day "I might get a girlfriend.". And she was like "why are you rushing to get a girlfriend?" Or "Your sick man for rushing."
I mean I was a appopriate age for dating. I dont know why she had problems. She even was curious about my another friend.
Now she did told me about her male friend courting her but she told him to stop and wait till she's 18. And yes she was close to be 18. Now I dont know why. She making the other guy wait for years. To be in a relationship. She had been dating from a young age. I feel like its just an excuse to enjoy the attention or a soft rejection. Because I dated my exs but they never made this comment and they had very very strict parents. I think she is just keeping him on hook and she has nothing to do with him.
Because if someone wanted to be with someone then they would find a way. But since she dating from young age then its pretty odd to make a statement like that. Like why didn't that rule follow when she was young.
Also I dont think there is any kind of efforts from her end that show she cares for him. I do find her always hearting my messages which I found odd like you have him yk.
And she did admit she talks to him more since he is very a lot available to her. Which is totally attention seeking from her end.
She called him a pet. Which is cuffed to her. Which was pretty odd to call someone you love as pet. I dont know if pet as in always available buddy yk. And throw a ball and he fetch for her. That kind of pet yk. Soo should I keep a friendship w her? And advice for the poor guy courting her? And whats up with her behaviour? Seems like a pick me.

I know right, it just odd that someone is keeping a person on hook. I dont see any major intentions.
I have been there with my efforts but she said she talks to him more which hurt me.
People really think attention is more important than efforts.
And its crazy that she is that much attention seeking.
I did distance myself from her.
