Should I send a friend request to fellow mall worker?

I work at a supermarket in a mall, she works in a cafe not too far from my store. So we occasionally interact and have small talk with eachother. I think she's cute and she's abit bubbly which i like. I go to her cafe sometimes and she also comes to my store to buy thing. She usually seems happy to see me too.

Is it worth shooting a shot with her and maybe sending a friend request on facebook and maybe eventually ask her out?
