Why do so many women feel like they are “poor victims” when men stop giving them attention?

I noticed this pathetic “woe is me” IG post about people mocking a woman’s body after she delivered a child.

Why do so many women feel like they are “poor victims” when men stop giving them attention?

For the life of me I’ve never once in my entire life heard a man (or a woman) verbally mock a woman’s physique after giving birth. In fact modern feminism has literally outlawed men from negatively commenting on a woman’s physique for any reason (vice versa is fine though).

This IG post is really about a sense of entitlement when it comes to getting attention. Some women feel they are “poor victims” when men stop noticing them after they age, gain weight, deliver babies or worse they voluntarily make themselves less attractive e. g. get excessive visible tattoos, quit shaving, dye their hair unnatural colors, dress like a slob, etc.

No man would ever get away with acting like a “poor victim” if fewer women noticed him because he’s balding, gained weight, aged, etc. They definitely know they have zero room to complain if they voluntarily made themselves less attractive (bad hygiene, not exercising, etc.) We know that would be pathetic and no one would care.

But why do women continue to have a sense of entitlement when it comes to attention?
