Girl says she don't like me but watches my stories?

this girl I've known for a while has always been kinda towards me. We got into a big argument and she told me that I make her uncomfortable and that I'm rude to her. She still watches what i post on my stories and if i do text her she still text back even if its a dismissive response. I don't know what to do?

Block her and see what she says. Tell her she's being inconsistent and confusing and that she needs to grow up and put her big girl shoes and and use her words clearly about her intentions.

You do nothing. Why wouldn’t she watch your stories? That’s one of the most basic functionalities and if she’s not angry with you or something then I don’t see the problem.

that is the thing though. she told me i dont wanna hang out with you stuff like that yet she still watches? I don't know

Question, when you watch people’s stories, does it mean you want to hang out with them? Or are you just passing free time like anyone else on social media, scrolling, liking, watching stories, etc? When you do any of those things, should the person on the receiving end assume you’re trying to signal for them to hang out or chat? I’m willing to bet that your answer to all of this would be no, because I think you’re logical enough to recognize that interacting with someone’s social media isn’t always meant to get their attention. So if this woman tells you she doesn’t want to hang out, I don’t think watching your stories means there’s been a change of heart. She’s just passing free time like anyone else.

Just bc she's a little curious doesn't mean she likes you. Perhaps she DID like you, but if she doesn't like you now, it's for a reason. Leave her alone.
