Yeah!! Mostly because everything's a deep dark secret to them!
As for what you mentioned, MOST guys SHOULD know that by their early teens.
Most guys don't know anything about periods, nor (for SOME reason) do they WANT to know. If you wanna be in a relationship with a girl, don't you wanna know about everything she goes through?
I'm sure guys don't know what it feels like to grow tits, either.
I think we should all have the ability to change gender at will so we all know what the other half is going through. I'm SUIRE it'd make life a LOT easier!!

We'll never know the highs or the fears that come with pregnancy and giving birth and what it does to your bodies.

Yeah we can listen and sorta get it intellectually / mechanically. But we're never gonna have to live it.

Most grown men, on the other hand, have spent enough time in the company of women to learn, though. You'll find that female anatomy & behavior becomes less of a mystery to guys as you get older.

In some cases its a matter of interest as I've heard some women on here complain that their boyfriend seems totally indifferent and uninterested in a woman's sexuality.
