What I'm going to say are known facts! You should stop telling yourself that you're not good enough because you probably have a low self esteem. So do I to be honest. But I realised that my way of viewing myself isn't the same as how other people look at me. I realised I was talking myself down in my head so to change that I started looking at the positive things about myself instead of focusing on the negative.

Just go to mirror 3 times a day and tell yourself that you are fine the way you are. That you are proud on yourself to overcome all the hurdles you got along the way and keep repeating this over and over and over again.

Your brain is wired to save import stand delete data long-term . If you keep telling yourself that you are fine the way you are and that your proud to be strong and confident still standing strong over and over and over again... Your brain will actually save this data longterm and you can trick your brain into believing those things you repeated over and over again.

Instead of focusing on the negative aspect just try to shift focussing on the positive aspects of yourself. Whatever is on your mind you will eventually manifest.

In your case you should tell yourself when looking at your own into the mirror that you are a very confident woman. Repeat this 3 times a day for several weeks on end and you will hardwire your brain into thinking that's the truth

It’s easier said then done to not base your opinion of yourself around others. Obviously you to a extent should care what people think of you as in being considerate, respectful, and caring about the opinions of people who matter.

But other then that knowing you have just as much of a right to exist in this world as anyone else does. No matter who likes you and who doesn’t. That friendships and romantic relationships only matter with people who genuinely like you for you and not trying to impress everyone.

You can do all these things to appear more confident to other people without feeling it. Just adding more things to do to be accepted isn’t the answer. Those things should come naturally.

The best way is to start inward. You go to the gym, work on yourself, remind yourself how valuable you are, dress how you feel most comfortable, gain more confidence and it will show. Forgetting to do this will potentially just make you act confident which if you are not confident, it might come off as inauthentic even cocky because you haven’t done the inner work to understand what it should feel like or look like to carry yourself with confidence.
