Why does my friend not hang out with us?

Long story here but I need more opinions on this…

A couple years ago, I dated this girl for about a month. After a little bit we decided to just be friends. A year later, she started dating this other guy, who has never been very cool with me. Fast forward to now, they’re still together, but he has now moved away. This girl and I remained friends and are in the same friend group. We’ve all been hanging out quite often, most of which she had planned. Suddenly, after one of our hangouts, she stopped texting our group chat. A couple weeks went by, and she completed flaked on THREE hangouts, all of which she had planned ahead of time. None of us have talked to her since the hangout. She even went out of town several times, unannounced to us and unresponsive to our text messages. We’re all just kinda confused as to why she has gone ghost. Nothing happened to cause her to be unhappy with any of us, our most recent hangout was a great time and there was no ill-will whatsoever, so that wouldn’t make any sense. Just really odd.

A few of my friends believe her boyfriend may have gotten jealous, as our friend group consists of 6 people, including 2 couples, and then this girl and I (who did date 2 years ago), so perhaps that’s why she left? Because her boyfriend was unhappy about us all hanging out? Really not sure. Doesn’t make sense. Again, we are just friends and that was TWO years ago. Anyone have any idea as to what could be going on? We haven’t talked to her in 2 months, and she has essentially just fallen off the face of the Earth.
