Men don't care about what you do for a living or how much you make. They don't care about your education. They don't care about the car you drive or the diamonds you wear. They don't care that you're self-made.

However, in relationships you have captains and passengers. As a women, you can fill ether role. But as a man, you can only ever be a captain.

A woman with that much success is bound to find difficulty in dating and relationships. There are very few men will have the means and skills to be someone she'd respect enough to have a successful long-term relationship.

And men who do meet those requirements, they'd certainly not be willing to give up their captaincy and take a backseat with their own lives and ambitions.

Maybe that initial paragraph is true, maybe it's not. Many indicators tend to lean toward an inaccuracy. But, yes, money makes life easier and that is an undeniable truth.

And while it's true that rich women only marry rich men. It's not true that rich men only marry rich women. Sorry to burst you're bubble but as a successful woman you are still competing against the waitress who makes minimum wage.

Men trade resources for sexual opportunity while women trade their sexual opportunity for resources. I'm not saying this is a good or bad thing, it simply is what it is.

The type of man who is most likely to be involved with successful women, are not the type of men successful women want for long-term romantic relationships. Those being men who don't have a lot going on themselves. Men who may not have much more then their commitment to offer up in trade and are comfortable taking a back seat to your own career and ambitions.

Which is why I said that women of wealth and success often have difficulty in relationships and dating. The men you're competing for are few and your competition is much increased. The thing being, men will date down, women will not.

The main thing here to note is that men and women do not find the same things attractive in a partner. You can't look at the situation and think, because I value competent, successful, and wealthy men, then so must men value competent, driven and successful women.

The pillars of female attractiveness are physical appearance, agreeable disposition, and sexual opportunities. Not education, wealth, and career success. Those are a mans pillars of attractiveness.

Which is not to say women don't value male physical attractiveness. Simply that while you will often see below average men in the physical category have attractive wives, you will never see an attractive man have a below average attractive wife.

So to re-iterate the answer to the posted question, if perhaps it was not clear, men are not turned off by successful women. Rather, successful men (the only ones up for consideration by successful women) are turned off by the common traits of successful people as a whole in the context of a sexual relationship.

p. s. the only things mentioned in your initial question that have any value to men in the context of sexual interest are "kind hearted" and "refined". The things that you made a side note as to what you believe define your person in the context of sexual attraction.
