You think she’s interested or am I delusional?

I need some help figuring out if this girl I’ve been seeing is into me or what I should do I guess.

So long story short I’ve been going to this coffee shop everyday for about 5 months now. And after a couple of months of going there I’d noticed one of the girls working there and thought she was kinda cute. But since she’s a barista I didn’t really initiate anything cause I know it’s their job to be nice and all that. One day I’d came in after a job interview wearing a suit and while I was talking to one of the guys there I’d noticed her in the background just full on staring at me. I think I’d seen her say oh wow to herself but I don't know.

Ever since then I’ve kept an eye on her and I’ve noticed every time I walk in she definitely watches me, I’ll see her sometimes smile, and there’s been a time where one of her coworkers stepped away to grab something and she immediately jumped in to take my order. We’ve talked a few times about various things, a couple weeks ago when I’d asked what she was doing she told me she was going on a trip back home and we just talked about that and some personal stuff since she’d just asked me a couple questions too. Last week when she came back she teased me for coming in a 2nd time that day, I’d said how I had a free drink so I figured I’d get it. And when she got me my drink I’d said to her something like you didn’t send me any pics from (the place she’d went hiking)? She gave a full smile, looked up and away, and kinda I tossed her head back a like she was amused while giving a small laugh to herself and bent her knees a bit. She was up like that for I think like 5 seconds before she gave a quiet no. I ended up leaving after that since I had my drink.

While I do kinda like her I’m just unsure if she’s someone I should pursue since like I said she’s a barista and I know how it is

I’ve been wanting to, last time I spoke to her I was gonna tease her to get her number hopefully. But she seemed caught off guard by me doing so, and she had to deal with a vendor at the same time.
Then today when I went she was busy with something else. I saw she noticed me, but I didn’t get to say anything since she was on the drive through and I walked in

It’s hard when dealing with someone who has to be professional on one hand absolutely they have to be nice (even to creeps) because if they aren’t people tend to bitch getting them in trouble. On the second hand she has to be professional and making a direct move can be extremely risky for her job. Meaning, it could be seen as unprofessional by her coworkers, other customers, and management. It take someone saying something especially if someone took it the wrong way rejected her and said something.

The signs are looking good obviously I can’t read her mind. Watching her behavior indicates a probability she feels something for you. Also, a lot of times girls know who one another’s “crushes” are. And sometimes will intentionally step away like that so they can deal with you. It happens.

Be respectful. Absolutely, don’t make a scene but tell her you think she’s pretty and maybe if she wanted to meet for coffee (though probably at a different spot then she works) and see how it goes. If she rejects you be respectful. But I think she likes you. Waiting too long could cause her to loose interest especially assuming she’s probably hit on by lots of men. All it takes is someone else to catch her eye. But it’s saying something if she’s watching you.
