What would you do if you saw your coworker crying?

She is a young girl maybe early 20s she is always very nice to me i caught her crying a few times know and i feel so bad and i want to say something but i get too embarrassed and walk away. What would you do?

This happened to me the other day. She was crying in her car. I chose to let her be, I don’t think she does well with being comforted. She’s a very independent person and prides herself on it, having her co-worker come up and pat her back with a “there, there” would only embarrass her.

I'd ignore them. Other people's problems are none of my business.

What do you mean you feel bad?
You don't even know why she's crying.
Maybe she asked for your hours to be cut so she could get more and it didn't happen

We don't know each other very well other than a greeting here and there and work-related questions and she is usually very nice to me which is why i feel so bad.
