in some ways yes but some 1950's needs to stay in the past

The cost of living back then was great

Now woman wearing dresses often not my style

While being a house wife can be nice I think 🤔 working along side your partner then having to take care of the house, kids, food shopping etc is less stressful.

and I'm not sure how disabled people were treated back then so I am not sure how to feel about living in a 1950's household

Some of the dresses are nice, but that’s about it. I woukd have fewer freedoms then. I assume you’re talking about the US. It was even more restrictive in Ireland.
