I am actually attracted to her and consider her a friend (we work together) and thought she is girlfriend material. She always acts respectful and classy but the other day, when we were at a job, she was calling my name and when I turned to look her way, she flashed her boobs. I kind of lost some of my feelings for her tbh... I was just surprised by that behavior. Not that I'm a prude but there's other ways she can show if she's interested. It also makes me wonder if she's just an "easy" girl. I'm I wrong for thinking this way?

It doesn’t automatically make her “easy” or disrespectful. Guys do things like this too sending shirtless pics, making sexual jokes, being flirty, or doing something impulsive when they’re into someone. We don’t usually say that makes a man undateable.

If the rest of her behavior is kind, respectful, and consistent, that matters far more than one spontaneous moment. What you’re feeling isn’t “wrong,” but it might help to look at the bigger picture: one action doesn’t define someone’s values or how they’d treat you in a relationship.
