If a woman wears lipstick am I right to assume most times she wears other makeup as well?

I know not all women are the same and I know some can just wear lipstick and met a few but I think it's a minority or at least not that common, either ways I know they exist but generally is assuming this for the most part accurate or is it inaccurate completely?

I would say, yes. I never just wear lipstick, to me, it would be like giving half of your car a new paint job or wearing a fancy blouse with sweat pants and flip flops. It wouldn't look right to me, because other makeup I wear compliments my lipstick. It's a delicate balance, Chico.

I normally don't wear makeup but it's pretty much an unwritten tradition to wear it on your wedding day. Especially for pictures, because I'm kind of pale lol and do wanna look my best. Don't judge, Chico!

😂😂 The story behind my pfp. It's actually my brother in law. For months, I begged my husband's wedding party to stay sober for the ceremony! When my dad was walking me down the aisle, my brother in law was standing next to my husband, wearing sunglasses and with a beer in his hand. He walked over and said some beautiful words to me and I started laughing and crying and that's when the picture was taken. It actually turned out to be one of my favorites! People were worried I'd be pissed and think he would ruin our wedding but I loved it and he knew I would. Why? Because I have a good sense humor 😂 That definitely made my nervousness disappear.

But if a woman is wearing kohl then it's safe to say that she is not wearing other stuff. You can say that same thing for mascara and eye liner, basically any bold eye make up.

It was a brownish shade but, being Indian, her lips were already brownish.
Personally, I don't see why anyone would WANT to wear it just on a casual basis. I've tried it a couple times and it just makes my lips feel greasy.
