This International Women's Day, as a woman, what kind of world do you want to see?

As a woman, what adversities have you had to overcome, and what advantages or opportunities have you been able to enjoy? And looking ahead, what do you hope the world will offer—or become—for women in the future?

I think things are going pretty well for women in most cases. The biggest issue that I've experienced is Infantilization and objectification. I'm a grown women, but men treat me like a teenager. I here men online talking about how they need to "protect women" or in my personal life people have done stuff for me because I'm just a girl, and I need help. I'm an art director at my job, I lead a small team, but the managers don't take me seriously. They'll ask the other guys for advice, but not me. I get asked to make copies. To be fair, many of those questions were financial questions to men who were CPAs. My role is less money based, but there is still this expectations that girls don't get past a certain place.
