I would think so if you mean text by phone off the app. To give out personal information like a phone number isn't something we like to do. If you have made it that far then she feels comfortable with you.

If you mean in the app that also isn't a bad thing but not necessarily like she is 100% sure yet. She may just want to get to know you better still. So I guess it depends on context a little bit.
