I have gone on three dates with this girl and the other day we had a great first kiss and then when I went home she hugged me and kissed me goodbye. She's on Spring Break now several states away for a week. I don't want to let the momentum subside, but I also don't want to bug her with texts. The problem is she shows she likes me physically, but she doesn't text me randomly or call me randomly, the only time we talk is in person and to setup our dates. Like when she was on the plane on Thursday I texted her, "hope you have a good flight" and then she sent back, Thanks! Have a nice Spring Break! I took that as we'll talk when I get back, not an invitation to text her while she is away. I don't want to act like the first kiss was a huge deal to me and appear clingy, but I do want her to know that I really like her. God this is confusing.

I kiss can mean the world or less than a phone number it's all about the context. If you have had three dates and got a kiss goodbye that's a good sign. Get out of your head get out there a bit talk to people hang out your friends enjoy your spring break. When she gets back just get back in touch with he and when your on your next date work on building more physical contact and try to kiss her before the end of the date this time.

You gotta stop overthinking this. She obviously likes you back if she kissed you after 3 dates dude. Texting her something funny or starting another convo about something that happened to you or checking in on her is not clingy at all bro. It’s normal relationship stuff that you do with the person you like.


Just make sure that you don’t double or triple text her too often. She might be busy or something, or maybe she’s shy and as a girl she’s not used to initiating conversations: there’s so much that could be going on. I assure you that she sees your texts and will get back to you when she has time to. After this, get your head out of the gutter and go outside, get your mind off her for a bit and just relax. Yes she likes you haha. There is nothing wrong with texting her a quick, "so how's spring break in ____". Talk for a bit. She may be thinking the same thing you are lol. Just relax man and take things slow. Trust your instincts, if you feel like you're talking to her too much, you probably are, although it takes practice to refine your instincts. Just know that the more you worry about screwing things uP with this girl, the more likely it is to happen.
