Did she want me to kiss her?

This happened a few years ago but i want to get other peoples opinions.

I was at college, just outside one of the buildings, talking to a girl i kinda liked, just normal chit chat. We were talking about something then said something flirtatious, i repeated it back to her as a question. Then she said "yeah" with an open smile, and stepped about 1 meter closer to me, now quite close to me, almost kissing distance, looking up at me still smiling.

Did she want me to kiss her?

What really happened was, i made a comment (dont remember what) and walked away, she followed and said something else.
