In Florida, any unwanted touching of another person is classified as a battery:
Fla. Stat. 784.03 (1)(a) The offense of battery occurs when a person:
1. Actually and intentionally touches or strikes another person against the will of the other; or
2. Intentionally causes bodily harm to another person.
Physical injury is not necessary for an act to be classified as a battery. It is a second degree misdemeanor and can result in up to sixty days in county jail.
While t is atechnically classified as a battery, most prosecutors would be unwilling to pursue a charge for a simple unwanted kiss at the end of a date. However, if the kiss was combined with any groping or fondling, prosecution becomes much more probable.

If you’re a guy then yes, definitely. The president himself will drone strike your house, leak your IP, sell all your personal information on the Black Market+ and have you sentenced to mini electric chairs which are just electric chairs but they don’t kill your so you suffer longer. Then all the cringelord Twitter freaks will set up a gang and do “things” to you as they torture and murder your pets with you being forced to watch. Bell, if they’re in a bad mood they might even cut off your eye lids just be sure you see everything. What a disgusting abominable planet you humans built yourselves.
I'm probably going to get ridiculed for this but...
I think people go in for the kiss to teat the waters, they kiss you to see if your on the same page. I think it would be classified as assault if the person protests and the kisser continues on without regard of the objecting party.
Some cultures greet people with kisses to the cheeks or lips as a formal greeting.
So I don't think it would be considered assault for the person to be testing the waters unless the person makes it 100% clear they do not want to be touched.
Truth or dare will become a rapsheet for tweens and teens otherwise.
Just my opinion tho
I suppose if someone pressed charges yes... but if someone I knew kissed me no... I would just tell them I don't like it and don't do it again... If it was a random stranger I would fight him, don't be kissing me unless you wanna die LOL

If the kissee protested at the time the kisser moved in for the kiss, then yes, the kisser could be charged with harassment. If, however, there was no protest at the time, and later the kissee decided they didn't want to be kissed, no harm, no foul.
Probably, but I wouldn't bother to call the police cause most likely I would of just used a stun gun on him after he kissed me and them I'm out of there.
Know "When to say When" as well as "When Not and later Then"
Yes, but often it's not reported because of fear nothing will be done and they will be shamed for reporting.
It has happened to me and I did not report. I worry what they may do in the future if they don't face any consequences for being forceful about sexual things in the present, but I know my report would not do anything.
You would never be arrested for that cause there would be no evidence. If the girls have bruises and people saw it then you would be in deep shit but if there's no bruises and nobody around then you won't get arrested cause for getting arrested it need evidence.
Yes, go to Dubai, go up and kiss some woman on camera. Then go to court, and go to prison.
you're welcome!
Not that I know of but you can definitely go home with busted lips and black eye if that's how you wanna do it. I mean down here, I don't know but I do know, touching someone sexually and they are a stranger, yeah, you gonna get arrested for a while.
I Mean if its sexual assault from some random on the street, likely
Well if this happened without the consent of the other person then that would count as sexual harassment, so yes the person can get arrested provided there is a complaint registered.
However, in most cases the person who tried to kiss the other gets slapped instead. Mostly these don't get reported.

don't really know about the law as it applies... but you could possible end up in hospital... lol
I would ridicule any system that would do that. It's very easy to avoid getting kissed, if you don't want to receive one. That said you could be arrested for harassment if you persist.
You could be if someone claimed it was assault, but without witnesses, it's probably a "he said, she said".
I don't see it being too much of an issue when you're a teenager bc things are awkward at that age, but someone my age or an age that should know better could end up being charged for assault.
It would be a ludicrous law if you could , but there are plenty of ludicrous laws I suppose. It has happened to me , numerous times in my life , but NO , I would never make anyone face charges.
Kissing could be construed as assault. Technically, unwanted touching of someone is assault.
Yes, I think technically it's an assault and battery.
That is the basis for sexual assault. Any sort of sexual contact with intention can be classed as sexual assault.
Well duh, I guess you could sue them for sexual assault/harassment
This is a question for 15 year olds 🙄
Yeah I suppose you could be arrested for that. Makes me wonder if it happens.
In most western countries it could be considered a "Sexual Assault" and yes it's a crime.
