I have been dating this guy, who doesn't talk to me if I don't do it first! He continues talking to me ones I started, but I hate been always the one who needs to initiate the conversation!

Also he is always telling me about his awesome girl friends, and the things he does for them! But he doesn't even start a simple hello!

Is he bragging or he is just been shy with me?

It could be he's really shy and doesn't want t go after you if you don't seem like you are into him, a lot of guys that I know tell me that once a girl turns them down all their friends and everyone knows and it makes them feel like its better if the girl talks to the because it gives them more confidence, but overall I would say to talk to him more and look for how he says things and how he acts when you guys are around each other, but I wouldn't say there isn't that small chance he is arrogant but I'm thinking he's probably trying to make you jealous.

you should not be always starting the conversations all the time and I think he is just not mature enough to be in a relationship. I just had something like this happen too. so I think is tring maybe to make you jealous.
