I guess I am a good looking guy but the problem is that I'm shy. I'm in college so the opportunity is good to meet girls especially in class but the problem is that I don't fit in. Everyone likes to party it is a pretty small private college and people party and that just isn't my scene looks like I'll have to meet a girl outside of college my hope are shot down yet again.

Don't worry, I was like you in college. I just focus on developing my personality and my skills. Right now, I realized that what I need to be confident and smile at the guy I like.

It is OK, find a girl at the library or the girl who goes to the coffeeshop regularly and study. There are a lot of great girls who are too busy or too focus to party/drink their lives away. My brother drank heavy growing up and he used to drink me drunk (I pray that I lived every time!) So yeah, knowing that addiction is a problem in my family, I just focus on my study and things that are interesting (rock climbing, business seminar, learning new skills, etc). I was usually always at the library or coffeeshop. However, don't be one of those guy that approach when I am studying because I already had the last 2 - 5 guys approach me that day while I had a midterm coming...Just be there often and strike up a conversation when the girl is not studying / taking a break ("Hey, you are regular, what are you studying? ___ Why does that interest you? What is your dream or goals?")

Something like that, don't worry, I am sure there is a great girl out there for you...

I'm the same way, and it's one thing I can't stand about college...so hard to find friends who don't ask you to party all the time! I found success going to a movie night hosted in one of the recreation areas on a Saturday night. Only a few were there, but hardly any of them were partiers.

Just experiment with when and where you hang out...like the other guy said, join clubs or something. If you're only using classes as a place to find a date, you'll have a rough time of it unless you are lucky or not at all picky ahah!

Ahh come on! Don't sell yourself short I'm the same way I hate parties and all that shabbang but I've met many people who share the same interest and have the same life style as me. I mean you'll have to wait a while to find the right one but It'll all be worth it in the end. Besides there is such variety in college that sooner rather than later you might just find your cup of tea :)

I'm the same way. Get into activities or clubs in college that interest you. It sounds cliche, but it works much better than the party scene. Girls who are in the party scene often seem the most attractive because they are the opposite of quieter guys and opposites often attract.

However, the girls that share the same interests as you are much more likely to be cool to hang with and easier to talk to while also being attracted to them. If things don't work with some girls, it's fine. The chemistry sometimes doesn't work and you guys might be on different wavelengths. Find and get involved in areas that most interest you and then the women will come with the territory.

Not really shot down its just that I don't ask girls out but I do talk to them.

Aahh, OK. Well, then I'm pretty much in your shoes. I'm an introvert and have a hard time becoming an extrovert - however, I've learned to recognize the signals women send out and have been able to talk to a few of them (never have balls to go direct though, sadly) and frankly, when - or if - I ever become comfortable talking to women then I'll perhaps venture into cold approaches both inside and outside my college

U just gotta get out there and do It find what's your scene and I get you I'm not into partying either . My scene is gaming so that's what I do I have people bring friends over to game it . Get your friend ago find people your age with the same qualities

You probably are more unique than the people at you college. I would say you should just take it easy and do what ever it is you enjoy.
