First of all if he tries to HOLLER at another females when you are around then that is disrespectful and you should not tolerate that behavior. That does not make him a PERV just a DICK. I would re-evaluate your relationship and make sure this is somthing you want to spend the rest of your life with.

Tbh, and I mean this in the nicest way possible, he does have a point. I'm willing to bet that all couples look at other people while they are in a relationship. That doesn't mean anything is going to happen though. However, making it obvious that you are checking out others while with your bf/gf is completely disrespectful.
