No, people mostly stay just the same. Ugly teens grow into ugly adults. Nice teens grow into nice adults. Sometimes people change, mostly for the better. But benign but unthinking people may get captured by something like Q-Anon.

Actually I got less predatory as I got older. But 16-22 is when most guys peak in predatory behavior.
