Depends on the situation. When I first start dating a guy i always try to look my best but that doesn't necessarily mean getting overly dressed up because then I feel like it seems like I'm trying too hard. I'd probably be more likely to make sure my face and hair looked good and that I was wearing something that is flattering. Not going to lie tho once I'm comfortable with a guy I would wear yoga pants and a tshirt pretty much all the time if I could haha. So it could just be that she feels comfortable being relaxed and herself around you. If it really bothers you you can always casually say something like "I remember you wore (whatever it may be) once and i couldn't believe how beautiful you looked" or something like that (can be less cheesy haha). I wouldn't be too worried about it though

Is she more of a tomboy or girly girl?
The reason i ask is because there are always exceptions. Usually, women will dress to impress for the guys they like, sometimes women who are into fashion dress to impress everyday regardless if its for someone they like, and then you have women who are confident in jeans and a shirt and feel uber sexy in it.

She may just consider y'all's relationship/friendship at a comfort level where she feels she doesn't HAVE to dress nicely every time or just about every time y'all meet. It depends if y'all are hanging out watching a movie, getting lunch at a local deli or going out for a night on the town. Bottom line she most likely feels comfortable around you to be herself, thats a good sign.
Not necessarily. She might do that because she feels comfortable around you. Also it depends on what you are doing when you are hanging out. I love wearing dresses, but if I'm going to be sitting on a friend's couch watching movies I will probably put on leggings so I can be comfortable and enjoy myself.
That's hard to say. She may just not be the dress up type, or you may make her feel like you think she's attractive how she is so she doesn't feel the need to dress up.
