I don't block anyone, ever. If someone is obnoxious I just ignore. By just ignoring the obnoxious wholesale I do not have to deal with those who repeatedly create new accounts in order to bypass a block.
As for people who disagree, even vehemently? I adore them - as long as they have some rationale for their position (s). I would never think of blocking or ignoring those people, although about half of them have blocked me. That's life.
I never block anyone but I get blocked lol. I'm a conscious guy. I didn't do anything wrong. But some block me for no reason. For giving a true opinion? Don't know
Yeah the blocking has gotten kind of crazy.
I only started blocking recently and it's due to the same reasons you listed on the first part.
I get blocked on here by bigots all the time, but I don't block anyone. If people disagree with me and can actually put up a good fight, I actually respect them more.
I block some people for a few resions one I block people if there being creepy or asking me weird questions that creep me out and to I block people if there being mean to me
The ones that get me are the ones that report your post because you "hurt their feelings" or some such.

I got blocked for my race before. Some guy blocked me because I was black and that we are "eliminating the white race". I was just like, lol k.
I've only blokked the spammers tbh when they slipped up and didn't go anon.
i block people who repeat the same thing in 8 different ways and then add into their rant what i say. Like i just block the crazies, that just dont stop.
I usually get blocked for saying something about love and unity.

There is one user I know has me blocked. I have only been on here a couple weeks, and I have no idea why she blocked me. She posts a lot too which makes it annoying.

Well, I have blocked only 1 person so far. For me blocking is the last option. However I do believe that some people deserve to be blocked.
I'd only block someone if they harass (this includes insistent creepy messages) me or if they said something that was really uncalled for and offensive/immature.
I have only been a member here for a few days but already I understand why girls block Indian guys.
