@Grond21 I've done the same, can make some good connections by writing first. I try to follow my rule to watch history, read posts and see what the person is about. ... or I know I'm taking chances. several women recently complained about guys they texted with, so there's nuts out there...

on you personally? not yet, I haven't seen you before, I haven't been as active lately. I've focused on a few people this week that struck me, only so much time. probably haven't seen because not following, so I followed... so I see your posts. you don't have to follow me back unless you want. I just saw your post here and wanted to affirm, it's really good. I've had one friend (g 28) for years. We clicked because I went through what she was going through so I could totally explain what was going on, which made her life easier... although was still rough. We people used to live in communities for support and such, that's how I see GAG and how /I use it. If I have value to offer, I give that, and I learn something every week. Else, I move on. It's a diverse group, and that's awsome. This social works better than others for sure. But I'd also still be very cautious, that's a general rule if you don't know or don't trust your gut.
