Majority of women. Men aren't pandered and given kids glove by society. Women are. We see even on GAG women very much hamster and do not take responsibility for their action often trying to justify why it's ok, say men do it too (even if it's % of men in order to justify) or try to shift the blame back onto men.
Men by in large are treated with full extent and responsibility by society. If something goes wrong, men are shouldered the full blame.
