I think you mixed two types of men into one when you try to define "flirtatious men":

A) The "Good Guys".
Many good guys eventually learn to flirt and win their wife over. You are right saying "[flirtatious] guys can fall in love and get married"

"Good guys" do not manifest these:

4: They trust themselves very much. they do not get excited when talking to women.

8: They do not want to be connected to any woman.

9: Some of them do not care about women's feelings.

10: They usually underestimate women.
and 11: When they are bored of a woman they are leaving her.

B) The "Players"
Yes, these are the guys that give us guys a bad name. And girls should certainly stay away from them.

Nevertheless, some points perceived by you in your writing may simply be acts of pretentious and could be detected when given time to know them better. This is how girls may separate a "Player" from a "Good Guy" who actually wants to marry you:

1: They know the weak points of women and their approach to each woman is different.

Actually they don't know. They just deploy accumulated knowledge about women's insecurity and then bombarded them with these to make girls believe that they are such.

For example: A girl dress up nicely and then make up wonderfully to date him. She is full of confidence and is ready to impress. He sees her and knows she's a "catch". So he intentionally criticizes on her dress. And if that is an expensive one, he'll say how foolish she was to had bought it. Then he says how come she looks so different from last time, as if she messed up her face. Little by little, hour after hour, he breaks her down.

If she's not experienced with Players, she will become very insecure inside and then confused. And he will use this insecurity to play her.

(This part of my comment is closely related to points 3 and 4 also.)

5: They are romantic always.

They could be sexually experienced and knows that being "romantic" is the way to melt a girls heart and made her mistakenly believe that he loves her.

Hence many girls, especially virgins fell to them, thinking that they are her "only one".

Easy Test: Hold back sex, tell him "no sex until marriage" and he'll leave her after a few more tries. End of all romance. (Girls don't cry. He's merely pretending.)

10: They usually underestimate women.

They don't.

They are single and desperate for another fuck. And they know if they can't get her they'll suffer blue balls.

I don't care about men who are flirtatious by nature. I find flirting as something that is very cheap. I don't care what people say about it.

As a man I never flirt, never means never. If I talk to a woman then I always talk to her properly, use proper language and in full sentences only. I believe in being sophisticated and classy ( self defined in my own way) rather than doing cheap things like flirting. Simple.

However, if I only look at your take then yes your take is a very good take on flirtatious men.

The thing with flirtation is that it is supposed to be FUN... if you can't enjoy the ride then don't line up for it!

Not everyone flirts with bad intentions. And, ultimately, it's up to you how far things will go.

If you end up with a partner, it is really exciting and playful to get your flirt on! But every person who flirts with you isn't trying to start something long-term, so either treat it as the light-hearted banter that it is & see where it goes or... wait until you meet someone who would rater write a dissertation on why you should date them, I guess! ;P

If you are that feed up DON'T FALL FOR THEM in the first place and don't just say they don't have feelings. They have feelings cuz Romantic and feelings go along with eachother. They even have special attachment to the number of woman they are being with and their craft but in the end of the day. Its all the shame and the pain that is going to go with you for life.
