Good deal. But number 6 is a crock nowadays, at least in the U. S. Our culture isn't trained to value substance.
I do need to work on 4 and 9. I don't do all that well with communication. That whole empathy thing on 1 might need some work too.

I’ve got no opinion to share on any of this as I’m not a female.
The only thing I will say is often what girls say they want and what they respond to are often 2 different things.
You want a mate to help you raise offspring so that you can secure your genetic immortality. It's written into your genetic code to want this.
I like it. I’m not a girl but some of those things we want from girl. For me that doesn’t happen
