Are guys like this trying to convince their male friends to go gay or something? Or maybe it's a way of trying to cockblock other dudes and have his own harem of women who think he's short-tempered and don't want to sleep with him? Maybe he 100% only gets off on hate sex and is very verbal when excited? What kind of holodeck simulation is going on in these guy's heads?

You know... I'm not that type of guy, but I've met a LOT of sh*tty women in my life. Easily like 25-30% of the women I've met were selfish, mean-spirited, and disrespectful to men. I'm not saying a lot of men weren't terrible too. But if you're a straight male, you don't focus on the men as much as the women, cause you're not interested in establishing a relationship with men.

Why is it if a man meets a lot of sh*tty, evil women, he must be a "misogynist," but if a woman meets a lot of sh*ty, evil men, it must all be their fault and none of her own? It's like, no matter what, it's always men's fault and they can never be the "victim," so to speak. This kind of mentality is what festers this mindset you speak of, to begin with.

I don't go "b*tch this, and slut that" and all, nor am I the least bit gay, but like I've said, I've met a LOT of sh*tty women in my life. The fact that I'm NOT a misogynist or woman-hater is almost illogical in itself. No, I just had the crime of being born unattractive looking.

People that are not good students think the teachers are out to get them, guys that cannot have a relationship with girls will blame the female of the species. Nobody wants to take responsibility.
I used to be a really closed up guy. I would never show my feelings to a girl. As a result I never really had a relationship with anyone. I just hid behind my poker face and I imagine that nobody wanted to get involved with somebody who obviously had no feelings. It took me a while for me to figure it out.

I think sometimes there are just too many variables at play for a relationship to work out. Sure some people make it work just fine but look at how many single men and women there are, I hesitate to say there if were still single, is something wrong with all of us. I couldn't make it work with the men I've been involved with, was it my fault, was it their fault, maybe it was both of our faults and the blame could be shared? Each time I've tried to look and the situation and figure out what I could have done differenlty but I'm not sure it would have changed anything.

It’s none of the reasons above, he is just going through his own stuff. People have to experience and grow from the trauma, pain or just life that was thrown at them from childhood or whatever. I was enrolled at a local technical college and I was the only male student in a classroom with about 20 women in their late teens to late 20's when I was 29 years old. For some reason, 6 of the students and one of the teachers all filed false police reports against me and accused me of "stalking" them and following them home.

I did no such thing, and had evidence such as closed circuit television at Wendys and other evidence, such as family being able to prove I was home at the time the women said I was spying on their houses and shit.

The police eventually took my side, but I got expelled from the school anyway, and the Dean lied to the U. S. government about it. I had to pay the full cost of a YEAR of tuition even though I got expelled half-way through the first semester.

I tried to get a lawyer and they all refused to take the case because it was 7 people falsely accusing me and it would be impossible for me to win in court.

Moral fo the story:
Men never, NEVER be alone in a room with a woman except your lawfully wedded WIFE. Even then you should take precautions against her framing you too. Any other situation, you are asking for trouble. The only thing I did wrong is I broke the Billy Graham rule, I was idiotic enough to think it was "fun" to be surrounded by 20-something women, and it wasn't. It was a living hell. They reverse harassed me to death, and they falsely accused me, and I got punished for their crimes.

No the problem is that both men and women alike make bad experiences with the other sex.
There are guys that grow with overprotective mums that try to control every step their son does. There are guys that never had a relationship and feel like every time they try is a failure.
As there are women that bad experiences with their father because he was abusive or not there because was less affectionate and not giving them the feeling of being appreciated because he preferred a boy.
There might be something wrong in his life but is that your problem?
Give him time to figure out how to solve his problem while show him that there are also kind females in this world.

I think it just comes down to a relationship trend. When you constantly encounter the same behavior, you just start assuming the next will be the same. His problem would be that he is lumping all women together rather than categorizing them as individuals. My last 3 relationships went like this, 1.) Tried cheating on me in the FIRST month of dating with my brother. 2.) Told her I was taking my dad and sister out for fathers day so I'd be busy, she was blowing my phone up while I was in the restaurant and was furious that I didn't respond until I got home. I ended the relationship then because that behavior was toxic as hell and not the first time. 3.) Was an alcoholic, couldn't go one evening without drinking and getting mean. Does this mean I have a problem? No. Does this mean all women are similar? Again, no. It's like women who say "all men are the same" or "men only want one thing". Most that categorize like this are still emotionally/mentally immature.

Maybe some guys get treated like crap and used and lied to and stolen from so much. They don't care anymore and some blame themselves not women. They get friended way too many times. I would not say so. I think women have unrealistic expectations. The only time I see a man not being a complete and total doormat is when he’s dating a considerably older woman who feels she cannot afford to lose him. Of course she will lose him eventually, as older women and younger man relationships rarely work out. Some guys just get consumed by bitterness, to the point it warps their perception of the world. It's a sour taste, but for some that anger is preferable to the emptiness that comes with being hurt over and over (regardless if the hurt was real or imagined.
