Good nutrition is fundamental to developing both ones capacity for violence and also ones patience as good nutrition begins to calm your nerves. Practice meditation often. Sitting still and clearing your mind, to be like a stone in a river, Unmoving and undisturbed by the changing tides around you will gain you mental fortitude which is essential, as not all battles are fought physically.
Strengthen the body through exercise. One must have the capacity to cause violence. The capacity causes others to think twice and to be patience themselves. Thus, being a warrior creates warrior's. It is in this that attracts people and opportunities into your life.
He is a Master in the Art Of Seeking
This trait in a man is known as the hunter,
The true hunter is able to see his environment where others cannot. There are tribes around the world and in my home continent of Africa, that are able to track prey by the smallest disturbances in their environment. These bushmen are able to see things that are invisible to the untrained eye. A twig of a bush that is curved ever so slightly, which signifies that a porcupine brushed up against here not to long ago.
The lead hunter will then fall into a deep silence, a stoic trance as he scourers the vast planes like a lion. His legs begin to move, almost as if he has been transformed into a puppet on a string. The young hunters follow behind quiet, trying their best to mimic their elder.
The trait of the seeker is one with foresight. He is able to see the environment like non other. For this reason, he is the teacher of fatherhood.

I'm truly happy you found it an enjoyable read. I wouldn't dare to impose my beliefs on anyone, however if you focus on developing these aspects as a man, you're life will transform in ways I cannot put into words. You'll have to wait and see :)
