What do guys think when girls cry?

I've only ever cried over one guy. and I cried in front of him too. (something I now regret) he never tried to comfort me and proceeded to yell and make it worse. I was really vulnerable. it just made me feel like he didn't care anymore...

guys, what do you think when girls cry over you?

I cried in front of my current boyfriend, because he was leaving for awhile the next day and this was the last time I'd see him for awhile, and he comforted me perfectly. He told one of his friends (my friend too) that he felt terribly and didn't want to leave after seeing me cry. He also told me that night that when he got home, he cried as well. So there's one view for you, though it's obviously not my own view.

Some of the men in my family are/were politicians, lawyers, teachers, mechanics, architects, carpenters, and several other positions. And yet, not one knew what to do in a situation involving a crying women.

I doubt I'll fare any better. Simply put, men do not know what to do when a woman cries.

There's two condition:

1-If he likes you then he will try to make you feel comfortable

2-If he didn't, then he will try to run away or get back

I think, "What is wrong?" then after I found out I try to say it will be okay. But generally I feel powerless to help.
