about a year ago, there was this guy I met & we started texting a lot and were good friends. Over time I started having feelings for him & told him how I felt. I figured that he would tell me he had feelings for me because of his body language and the fact that he always looked and stared at me everyday. When I told him, he just said Okay..& I was confused as to whether he liked me or not I just like for someone to be upfront with me & tell me how they feel about me. The next day, I just rubbed it off & we remained friends. Every once in a while, he would put me down or insult me and claim that it is just a joke. I had gotten mad at him one time & I wasn't talking to him for 2 days, he had tried to talk to me at school & I kept ignoring him. I guess he started thinking about it & he texted me after school and told me he was sorry. I forgave him and we were back to being friends then one day, it felt as if he was flirting with me or something. When me and my friends were in P. E. my two friends noticed that he kept staring at me & following us as we were walking. Every time I looked up, he looked up at me. It was like the perfect timing. E. The last day of school, he kept looking at me and laughing together. He had left every time I looked in his eyes, It's hard to explain but it was like we had known each other for a long time & it was something deeper than it seemed. I'm assuming your asking for Capricorn advice because the guy is one? First of all can you tell me when him and his ex broke up? Because it seems like he has feelings for you but is not over his ex. Given the circumstances he choose his ex because he's afraid of things changing I. e if he choose to go out with you, how would your friends react? What should happen to your friendship if you guys broke up etc. On the other hand, choosing his ex was a safe option, he's familiar with the odds and ends of that relationship and nothing really needs to change. However he seemed to be unaware that he hurt you when he told you he was getting back with his ex. But now that he is aware he's attempted to patch things up with you by trying to contact you. However since you've been ignoring him he's either given up or waiting for time to smooth things out.

Yes he is a Capricorn, Him and his ex broke up because her friend said that she wanted to break up with him and she broke their relationship off. If you understand lol.
