How can I tell if this guy likes me. Are legs touched multiple times and he never pulled away. What does it mean?

There is this really shy guy especially around girls. I've known him for a very long time but I don't yesterday we were in the hot tub together (other people were there too) but we were sitting right next to each other and we kept touching. Our legs and hands at one point but he never pulled away. Our legs kept touching and at point we were sitting really close to each other. He never moved away from me. I don't know maybe he didn't notice it but I definitely did. I'm not sure it means anything do guys notice when they touch a girl a lot? Do guys touch there legs to a girl if they are attracted to them or?

Yes I notice when my legs touch someone else, in any situation. If I can sit comfortably and not touch legs I would do that. If I'm into a girl and also completely comfortable around her I would just chill and wouldn't think about our legs connecting. If I'm into a girl and nervous around her I would test it and see her reaction to our legs meeting. If she pulls away I would avoid the connection because she probably isn't all that comfortable around me.
Anyway I sense you like this guy and you should just let him know somehow.

Yeah, there's this girl at my college, we're both seeing each other but we were at the college cafe one day waiting for a class. She's talking about her bf and complaining, I don't mind just being an ear. But at some point our legs touched and I'm like, I'm ok with this. And we just chatted with our legs touching, lots of sexual tension lol.

If he's shy with other girls then it either means he's really comfortable around you or he likes you. Either way, you should ask him if he likes you or not. If he doesn't, since he's this comfortable with you he should be fine about it. If he does, then it's all good.

Things like leg touching, don't mean anything. Only girls would do that, and expect someone else to notice.
