Signs a guy has feelings for you? Even though your just friends?

What are the signs a guy has feelings for you? I get so confused with actions of men just want someone to give me a clear view of what I should look out for. He's my friend so I just wanted to know if there is anything than friendship.

-staring (usually with a dreamy look on his face)
-unusual amount of smiling towards you
-talks to you more/less than usual
-talks about you with his friends (ask his friends if you're curious)
-makes excuses to touch you or get close/closer to you
-compliments you

And then there are some guys that do the opposites of those things. So if you notice a pattern with actions like that, he almost definitely likes you.

@Asker I'd say you should ask around with his friends and see what they think about him liking you. Even if he says he's not interested, there's always a big possibility that he is. (Guys are weird)

@DrJohnSolo yeah pretty much. That's what I do, anyway. Most girls get a little too flirty/shy, though.

Its hard to differentiate, for me. I can love a friend, and I can have romantic interest in a friend. Sometimes the two don't seem vastly different. Any other relevant details in your situation?

Just a lot of staring with intense eyes... when I'm looking and when I'm not looking. Also pretending I'm not there, pretending I'm irrelevant then putting his arm round me... trying to make me laugh. Looking like he's interested in my friend to make me jealous maybe?
