If he's not taking no for an answer as in not accepting no to sex, he's not worth your time. My ex's were like that, a couple of times could've been counted as rape/sexual assault. He has no respect for you so you should leave. There are guys out there who do respect it when a girl says no. My boyfriend took months to even touch my bum, let alone do anything with me. If he has the slightest FEELING that I don't want sex, he refuses to go through with it. Your boyfriend should be the same.

Its not your job to punish him that's what his parents were for. It the equivalent of trying to bend a crooked full grown tree. If he's acting out he's seeking attention there may have been something that has changed that he doesn't like. Communicate and get to the bottom of the issue. Vindication solves nothing. It's like your car breaking down and instead of finding out what's wrong with it you punish it by not driving it. It's still going to not start when you come back because you didn't take it to the shop.
this isn't a good paradigm for a relationship. if he is doing things that he shouldn't handle it like adults and talk to him about it. voice your concerns. adults don't punish adults... if my gf tried to "punish" me she'd be my ex-girlfriend very quickly because I'd feel like, I've had a mother I don't need another person who wants to treat me like a child rather than like an adult.
