Why are guys attractive when they are tired?

What is so attractive about a guy who is tired. I have a colleague who I'm not attracted to at all. We don't talk much, just small talk that doesn't last longer then 5 minutes. I saw him the other day and he ordered some breakfast (I work in a restaurant), we talked for a bit but you can tell he was super tired, he had dark circles under his eyes, his voice sounded sleepy and he seemed a lot more calm and vulnerable then his usual self. I was instantly tuned on by him soo much! And I am not attracted to this guy whatsoever. What is it about guys who are tired that makes them so hot? I have noticed this a lot, tired guys just become ten times more attractive then when they are not.

I think it's because when they are tired they seem more passive, submissive, and co-operative and co-operative guys are attractive to a lot of people. For me it's compassion. He could be a billionaire, or look like the most beautiful person in the world but if he is lacking in compassion then I will not find attractive. And same if he is broke but has a lot of compassion for others, I will be instantly attracted to him.

Some people are just attracted to that. Tired eyes, deep/rusty voice, and maybe messy hair. I agree with you, I like Dane DeHaan and he always looks exhausted. His voice is hot too.

Yea this was a study actually, men are attracted to happier women but women are attracted to unhappy man... You know the kinda depressed, heavy smoking, don't give a shot about anything type if guys... Their attractive to girls.

Some guys I guess speak more deeply, they are more direct and to the point because they're tired.

Or maybe it's because they seem softer and the instinct to nurture them kicks in? Who knows. LOL

Yeah I think it's because when we see you tired, you seem much more calmer and vulnerable which is not common seeing men are wired to act tough all the time so it's nice to see a guy unguarded at times.
