When you guys want to cuddle? Does it always mean you want or at least expecting sex? I have had guys told me they wanted to cuddle, and I never knew how to respond (when I was on the phase where I wasn't ready to have sex with them). I'm talking about after few dates, not when you're in a relationship. So how do I know the difference and how to respond to that?

As you can see, for some guys it does mean that. It shouldn't. I mean that is like I want to hold your hand - lets fuck. Cuddling to me is getting close physically and gaining comfort from the other person, but it does not have to include anything else. It may lead to it if both parties are so inclined. but cuddling is just cuddling. And it is nice by itself.

I've cuddled with guys who didn't want sex. It's definitely possible. Majority of my ex's were virgins and actually a lot of the guys I've dated weren't the kind of guys to rush into sex and had some values. Maybe that's why.. I guess it depends on the guy you're dating and how he values and sees sex.

From every guy I talked to, it does for them. Why can't they just enjoy cuddling for what it is? I'd take it over sex anyday if I were in a relationship and could make that choice for the both of us.

I'm okay with just cuddling sometimes. I'm not sure if there's a way to predict what they want. I personally don't see myself after sex really early on though. Some guys are looking for it obviously though.

No I am not always expecting sex when I cuddle with a girl. I love cuddling with girls to. If she wanted sex I would probably give it to her but if she did not want sex I would respect that to. Especially if we had only been out on a few dates.

I did that, but my friend, whom I showed my conversation with the guy to said he just wanted to cuddle and I was the one who threw myself in to the sexual thing by assuming that he wanted sex. That's why I asked this haha

Yes to cuddling then no to sex. That works and has happened just no rubbing or to much touching, that be the wrong signal :). Best of luck figuring out what they even want to begin with.

When I say "cuddling," I mean cuddling. Sometimes guys are happy just to hold you. I wouldn't say no to things escalating from there, but if she's not up for it, that's OK too.
