Well let's say you didn't know my age. Strangers tell me I look (or act) way older than I really am and I have been mistaken as 18 or even 20 years old. Of course, my friends who know me will always think of me as a 15 year old but with people I don't know they often mistake me for someone older. I was talking to a 31 year old man and he even glanced at them (but just for a quick second). He didn't know my age.

If you have a pretty face, he might look at it as well (at least that's what I would do). It all depends on how big your breasts are in comparison to how pretty your face is. The bigger the boobs the less attention is paid to the face.
I have small boobs, like A cup. And when we were talking he glanced at them for a brief second but didn't look at them again.
Then don't worry about it, if it was only a brief second.

Yeah a lot actually... and some of them flirt with me if they really have the courage. But still not everyone will find me attractive. I am Asian and I live in the US and men don't exactly have a thing for Asians.

Well it's a hard life for Asians who live in the US haha because whites are still mainly represented in the media, but not other minorities.
Personally I live in Canada (never been to the US) but I've been told that it's very similar except for more guns and flags in the US. In Canada we rarely get Canadian shows, most of them are American and sometimes British.
You don't need the media to tell you that your attractive, as long as your confident in your own appearance everything will be fine.

Haha I have realized that a long time ago... no matter how hard I try, I will never look like a white person. My mom told me that out of all the Asians, I am one of the prettiest, and she also told me that she's not just saying that because she is my mother, but because strangers say I am beautiful as well. Sometimes my mom and I will be out together and people we encounter (strangers, actually) tell me I am pretty and my mom is standing right there, so she knows.

Well I approached him first and by the way neither of us had seen each other before in our life because this was out on the street. I said "Excuse me, hi" and when he turned around he said hi and I introduced myself. Then he glanced really fast but then for the rest of the conversation, he focused on my face and didn't look another time. He was super friendly and warm, but since we met only briefly, there wasn't much to talk about but he was really nice.
Staring at your tits just means you aren't a 0/10 in the face. You could be a 1 or 10.

It's a compliment about your tits. It's much easier to get away with looking at a great set over a really attractive face, because there are eyes attached to the face that can make things awkward should eye contact happen.

The answer is "Yes". For instance, in about 30 minutes, I have some business with a 23 year old young lady who is overweight and not very attractive (but she has a nice personality). However, her "rack" is fantastic and almost always wears top which expose her amazing cleavage. When I see that, I just wanna be shrunk and take in there buried in its warm safe softness.
Don't get me wrong; we are not obsessed with boobs and plenty of small-chested women are gorgeous, but I want to answer your question honestly - we "admire" boobs.
