I don't think you can make generalizations that everyone is lying or not lying. Some are, some aren't.
Lets look at science. From the point the female body reaches the age where they can conceive a child (has her period) until menopause she is scientifically able to reproduce and as nature would have it those years tend to be the most attractive to the opposite sex.
So generally from 14 - 50 or so. Now the high point of those years from a hormone and looks perspective is around 18-30 or so.
Now before people freak out - I'm not saying that 30+ are not attractive etc - I'm saying' the MOST attractive years'.
Now some girls become 'womanly attractive' earlier than others. I've seen 15 year olds that I'd swear are 20 and 18 year olds I thought were 13.
Personally I am NOT attracted to girls who look young or have a baby look to them. I prefer some level of maturity. At my age - what level of beauty and maturity would I date/pursue - 23/24 and up at least. What level is attractive? College age and up no doubt. (19+). But while I can look at a 19/20 year old and think she looks attractive - I would not pursue it for the maturity factor. When I was college age - but of course I would pursue it.
However from a physical level woman's bodies are best from about 17 to 24. Lean, nice skin, curves etc. It is the peak attractiveness. From an overall attractiveness though - I prefer more maturity to a woman and someone closer to my age. Few girls are comfortable as comforatable with their sexuality as I would like until they pass 25 so... thats my new target.
Long winded response but again - I hate the generalizations as 'everyone' this or that. People are individuals. If you say 'do you think the majority... does this or that' then its a different discussion.
If a female has a developed woman's body... she will be attractive to guys of ALL ages.
Us guys just don't act on that attraction, because of 1) the law, and 2) social persecution.
I think that if girls under 18 looks mature enough, most guys will be attracted to them (there are also guys who are only attracted by much older woman). Some girls look older and some look younger (people guess that i'm 18-20, but i'm a few days shy of 25) so it can be hard to judge sometime. For example, my best friend was at a time 16 and he could pass for a 18-19 year old (I have been seen as his little sister even though i'm a year olden than him).
18-20 year old guys are in the gray zone due to that they are not that old, but at least 13-14 year old girls should be to young for them).
For me guys need to be at least 2 years younger to 4 years older for me to be attracted to them (younger or older than that doesn't do a thing for me).

And while she could have more womanly features, she also doesn't look like a child. Which doesn't mean it's ok to have sex with a 13 year old that looks mature. We have statutory rape laws for a reason

To be honest, I am seriously starting to believe it. It is quite revolting.
I think many don't want to believe it because of social pressures but even 13 year old girls will have the necessary sexual triggers for a guy. From an evolutionary perspective it makes perfect sense to be attracted to anyone capable of reproduction. I read that 12-15 year old girls had the highest chance of surviving childbirth and having the child survive as well, maybe it was one or the other or both I don't remember. So I accept that guys can be attracted to teenage girls.
Studies show it can be damaging to have sex underage (go figure) but that most people tend to have the necessary mental framework to handle sex at 16 or be able to make a decision whether they want to or not. That's why the laws often have the age of consent around 16. Most guys will respect that out of moral decency if they see attractive young teens, but mostly they are little idiots at that age and it's annoying as fuq so they aren't attracted to the personality anyway.
I've seen on a number of occasions guys look at a picture and go oh she's cute/hot or something to that effect and the be told she's under 18 or under 16 and then go eww gross. Clearly modern guys don't like the idea of girls being underage but it's perfectly possible for a 13 year old to be attractive.
Girls don't just magically become attractive overnight when they hit 16 or the age of consent for wherever they happen to live. Guy's attraction isn't as fluid as girls, it forms over puberty and then the sexual cues are mostly set. Even if we say girls are most attractive in late teens to mid twenties, it stands to reason that they will be attractive to some extent on the younger and older sides of that age range.
Lastly, pedos go for preteens and below, not teens, and if they don't hurt anyone then I'm not going to hate them and bash them like everyone else. Pedo ≠ rapist/molester. There are groups for self-admitted pedophiles that don't intend to hurt children, I won't hate when they being responsible.
I think you can say someone is attractive but its whether you act on it is where the problem begins. And it depends on the context of why you're saying it.
I personally wouldn't go near any girls that age and even when i was younger i still had a massive problem with it. Girls at that age of 13/16 are still developing and aren't the finished article. 17 year olds though still absolutely no chance. id even put them in the developing stage. most are trying to figure themselves out and won't really know what they want from life.

It's not that simple. That's the age we start coming into our own sexuality, those are the first girls we're attracted to.
So in a purely physical, primal sense we never stop being attracted to teenage girls. It's fertility embodied.
But as an adult, teenage girls are insufferable. They're immature, insecure, inexperienced (both sexually and socially). So even though they're physically attractive, I'd never want to get involved with one. They have so little to offer compared to a grown adult woman.
There's a difference with being attracted to someone, and thinking they're attractive. I do see some 13-14 y/o girls that I think they are attractive, but I don't feel any attraction to them.
As a 19 y/o guy I do feel some attraction to some 17 y/o girls though, but because the age gap is not too big.
16 year olds are mature enough for me to consider them physically attractive, although too young to date. 13 year olds? No. Younger? Sick. 16 seems to be the number, and I noticed this can vary based on race/genetics. In my experience, Latinas are primed in the 15-21 range. I'm just stating my observations and maybe this could lead to an interesting discussion amongst biologists.

16 is the legal AOC in a good portion of the US and most of Europe (sometimes 15 in Europe). Most men ARE attracted to women 15-19, this is known as Ephebophilia. Some guys won't admit it or just aren't consciously aware. It's actually completely normal, since girls of that age have gone through puberty and are sexually mature enough (breeding age). Humans used to have kids at 15-19 not too long ago.
13-14 is certianly much more iffy. Some girls are certianly sexually developed by then but can still be considered children, whereas 15 is considered the age of womanhood in many cultures (16 here in the US).
I think as long as a guy doesn't do anything illegal, it's okay.
I'm only 20 but I find it really hard to be attracted to anyone evenslightly younger than me. My girlfreind is only 9 months younger than me and it was hard for me to get passed. I think I just have a real hang up around pedophilla that stops me from having those kinds of feelings. Also I've always been into women in there late 20s and older since I was a liitle boy. However beyond myself I don't think it matters if you're attracted to people and animals who can't give consent as long as you don't act on that attraction. Feelings you can't help, but you are always in control of ypur actions and victimizing a child in that way ks one of the worst things you can do.

The law is there to protect younger minds since there innocent but that doesn't mean older people can't be attracted to younger people. Women as well, lots of older women want younger guys

Well, I wouldn't sleep with a girl under 18. But, whenever I'm out and about, I look at all the nice bodies/asses I see, and I am physically attracted to those girls. I'm pretty sure (aside from the obvious of course) that not every girl I've seen is at least 18.

I'm 22 and my (soon to be, hopefully - distance and waiting) girlfriend is 17. I really couldn't care about the age gap. Waiting this long and gently palming off other girls interest seems to have paid off, imagine that this could be a long-term deal. :)
