What does it mean when a guy calls you "girl"?

What does it mean when a guy calls you "girl" at the end of saying something to you?
Like saying "Goodnight, girl?" or "I'm joking, girl".
I mean he still uses my name too, but sometimes he says girl.
I've never seen him do that with anyone else.
It's kind of cute if you ask me.
He definitely knows my name. We've known each other through friends for a while and we talk quite a lot. He'll just switch back and forth from "girl" to my name.

Usually when a man mentions age difference or utilises younger words to describe a woman he is goading her to say 'I am a woman.'

Psychologically this is used to make a woman think 'Why does he think I am a girl, too young, too old, I will show him that I am a woman.'

Usually used to have sex rapidly.

It's a player tactic that is taught.

I use the term loosely among women I know really well, some are just really good friends, and some are women I have a thing for.

Yeah, don't think much of it. He didn't say "my girl". He could just be comfortable with you to kid around. If he wants more, trust, he will say so.

You're delving way to deep into this it's probably just something he says. But tone is important if you ask me and you really think there is something going on. Is he the flamboyant type ("yaaaaas GIRL slay") is he just being a goof ("hello GIRL how are you. My name is boi"), is he trying to be a playa or confident with language he probably doesn't use (and failing :) ), etc.

It's just how some people speak, it's as someone else stated like a guy saying dude, although i say dude, and deary to 2 of my female friends and they say to back it's just how we text mainly it occasionally crops up when we talk, but it's mainly a text thing in my experience, if he wanted to progress with you, i'm sure you'd know :)

Its more near that just the name, but if you are unconfortable with that situation, you must tell him that you dont have enough trust or dont feel so near as to use that term with you.
