A guy in my class keeps staring at me everyday and his stares are so intense he doesn't even blink. Sometimes I caught him looking at me even when he was tasking to someone else. I'm always the one that look away first. Why does he do that and how to stop him? He already has girlfriend. We talk sometimes but are very awkward with each other so I don't know how to bring this up to him.
