A guy keeps staring at me, what do I do?

you might need to know something’s about me. I’ve never dated anyone, but I’m a big romantic. I’m currently in high school, and a female. My school recently had homecoming, and this boy asked me to go with him. I politely said, no thank you, I’m going with my friends. I’d never talked to him before (he’s new) and I have two classes with him. I’d noticed him and found him a little creepy. Fast forward to the week after the dance. In my last class of the day I notice him always staring at me during reading. it really creeps me out. I don’t want to ask him to stop, because I feel weird talking to him. So I’m not sure what to do. Ideas?
